How long does it take before I get my order?

Personalized orders can take roughly 10-14 days to complete prior to shipping. Please remember that most orders are made to order. If you are ordering a sentimental flower preservation, the order varies depending on the order. This may take up to 8-12 weeks before shipment. Please keep in mind that pressing flowers for wedding/memorial flowers take about a month before I can officially start working on your projects.

How do I clean/care for my resin products?

Do not submerge your resin pieces in water. Resin is not waterproof, only water resistant. However, resin can be cleaned with mild soap and water. DO NOT PLACE YOUR PIECES IN THE DISHWASHER OR MICROWAVE. Please keep your pieces directly out of sunlight to prevent your resin pieces from yellowing. The products are most suitable for cold food and drinks. When you receive your products, it will have only been cured for roughly a week. Please do not place hot cups for at least another week. Do you ship internationally?

As of right now, I do NOT ship internationally. Sorry for any inconveniences.

Do you do exchanges or returns?

Unfortunately, every order is made to order. I do NOT do exchanges or returns. Please remember that resin is a fluid art and that each piece MAY (not always) have slight imperfections.

I will send you a tracking number with each order. ONCE THE ORDER IS AT THE POST OFFICE IT IS OUT OF MY HANDS. As long as the address was entered the way you sent it to me, there will be no refunds if your package goes missing.
